Preparing for the 2023 Annual Conference

  • In this month's digital newsletter we're focusing on the 59th annual conference in St. Louis, which is right around the corner!
  • If you're attending the conference, you should have a received an email from naass@naass.org with details on the conference schedule, NAASS utilizing Slack as the communications tool for the conference, logistics for the group excursion, a general overview of the closing banquet, and more. 
  • Learn more about the conference here, and contact us if you have any questions or if you didn't receive the conference welcome email. 

Shipping Materials to St. Louis 

  • If you plan to ship materials to the conference hotel in St. Louis, ship to the following address: 
    • The Chase Park Plaza Hotel 
    • Attn: your name – NAASS Conference
    • 212 N. Kingshighway Blvd 
    • St Louis. MO 63108
    • Box ___ of ___
  • Packages shipped or delivered to the Chase Park Plaza may be assessed charges.
  • Additionally, if you are mailing ahead, please schedule your shipment to arrive no earlier than 3-4 days before the event start date. 

Renewing your NAASS Membership 

  • Not sure if your institution has renewed your NAASS membership for 2023-2024? There's still time to renew
  • View this page to see if your institution has renewed. If not, you can renew here at the same great rate of $450 and add up to 10 individuals to your NAASS membership.
